1. Overview / 概述

PromptSync automatically archives AI chat conversations (e.g. Gemini, Doubao, Grok) in your browser and optionally syncs them to cloud storage you configure, or to an optional PromptSync account. We do not sell user data. We do not read or sync browser bookmarks, and we do not enable Chrome account Sync.

PromptSync 会将 AI 对话默认保存在你本机浏览器中；若你启用同步，备份会发往你自己配置的云服务，或可选的 PromptSync 官网账号。 我们不出售用户数据；不读取/同步书签；不开启 Chrome 账号同步。

2. Data we process / 我们处理的数据

• Website content & chat text（网站内容与对话文本）：从受支持的 AI 站点页面捕获的对话标题与消息，用于本地归档与可选同步。
• Personal communications（个人通讯）：上述聊天消息内容。
• Personally identifiable information（个人身份信息）：若你注册/登录 PromptSync 账号，可能包括电子邮件地址与用户名。
• Authentication information（身份验证信息）：你为云同步填写的 Token / OAuth 凭证（默认仅存本机）；登录官网时的会话凭据。
• UI preferences（界面偏好）：如筛选、置顶、打开方式等本地设置；登录后可选上传配置档案到官网。

3. Where data is stored / 存储位置

• Local by default：Chrome IndexedDB / chrome.storage on your device.
• Your cloud providers（可选）：GitHub Gist/repo、Gitee、GitLab、Google Drive、OneDrive、Dropbox——仅在你主动授权或填写 Token 并执行上传时。
• PromptSync Cloud（可选）：若你登录 promptsync.top，界面配置、已配置的云账号信息，以及你选择备份的对话，可能存储在我们的服务器上。

4. How we use data / 使用目的

仅用于扩展的单一用途：归档 AI 对话、在侧栏中浏览/搜索/导出，以及按你的设置同步/恢复。不用于广告画像，不用于信用评估或贷款。

5. Sharing / 共享

• 不会向第三方出售用户数据。
• 同步目标仅为你选择的云服务商或 PromptSync 官网；传输使用 HTTPS。
• Google APIs（若你使用 Google Drive）：The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention & deletion / 保留与删除

本地数据可随时在扩展中删除会话或卸载扩展清除。云端备份由你在对应服务商处管理。 官网账号数据可在登录后管理；如需删除账号，请通过支持渠道联系我们。
